Returning Purchases
Purchases can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
To be returned, your item must be unused and in original condition. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@lunavaro.com to receive your return label, which you will need to download and print for your return.
Damaged items
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support at contact@lunavaro.com within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday) with the photo evidence and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Refund process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is accepted.
If approved, your refund will be processed and you will be refunded with original payment method within 5 days.

Product exchange
Would you like to exchange your products? That's no problem at all. You can contact us at contact@lunavaro.com. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product yourself.

Applicable law - Disputes - Mediation
Applicable Law: This contract is governed by French law. The language of this contract is French. In case of a dispute, only French courts will have jurisdiction.
For any dispute related to an Order, the Customer should first contact Lunavaro to seek an amicable resolution via email at: contact@lunavaro.com
According to Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has the option to request an amicable resolution through mediation, within one year from the date of their written complaint to the professional, subject to Article L.152-2 of the same code.

Regardless of the submission method, the request must include:
– The requester’s postal, phone, and email contact details,

– A copy of the initial complaint,
– All supporting documents necessary for processing the request (order form, invoice, proof of payment, etc.).
